How storage works
- Your storage is one number for the whole account. Tunc Hub chat files, Tunc Art files, Tunc Doc docs and Tunc Orb records all count against it. Docs are stored on your Tunc Orb shelves, and creating more shelves does not add capacity.
- Saving a doc is a Tunc Orb write, so it follows Tunc Orb's rule: when storage is full, Tunc Art removes its oldest files to make room, and your account lists what was removed. If there is still no room, new saves stop until you free space or add storage. Docs are never removed to make room.
- Reading and deleting always work, even when storage is full.
- Archived shelves, and the docs on them, keep their bytes counted until they are restored or removed. You can restore an archived shelf for 30 days.
Your account page always shows the storage and limits that apply to you.
